1. Introduction

Welcome to the BusArk Spin to Win promotion (the “Game”). These rules govern how to take part, how prizes are awarded, and what you can expect when you join in the fun. The Game is organised and run by BusArk, and is open to participants both offline (at events) and online via our website.

Please read these rules carefully before playing. By entering and spinning the wheel, you agree to these rules and to abide by the spirit of fair play.

2. Who Can Play?

• ✅ You must be 18 years or older to play.
• ✅ No purchase is necessary – the Game is completely free to enter.
• ✅ BusArk staff, contractors, or anyone directly involved in the running of the Game are not eligible.

3. How to Play

Each participant needs a valid ticket code. Tickets are distributed both offline (at BusArk events, street teams, etc.) and online via promotions. Each ticket will look like RED-1234 or a similar format.

1. 🎫 Enter your ticket code on the Spin to Win game page.
2. 🎡 Click the Spin the Wheel button.
3. 🏆 The wheel will spin and land on a prize segment.
4. 🎁 Click Claim Prize to lock in and collect your reward.

If you play offline at an event, most prizes can be collected immediately (e.g. tote bags, pens, coffee). If you play online, smaller items will be posted to you, and digital prizes will be delivered via email where possible.

4. Spins & Limits

To keep the game fair and exciting for everyone, the number of spins you can use is limited:

• 🎡 Online Tickets: Up to 5 spins per day. Your spins reset every midnight (UK time).
• 🎫 Offline Tickets: Each offline ticket gives a maximum of 3 spins total and does not reset.
• 📧 Email Bonus: Adding your email unlocks 1 bonus spin(limited to once per ticket).
• 🔗 Share Bonus: You can earn extra spins by sharing the game link. A maximum of 5 bonus shares per day are allowed.
• 🕑 No Rollovers: Unused spins do not carry over to the next day.
• 🚫 Exceeding Limits: Attempts to bypass daily limits will result in your ticket being marked as exhausted.

5. What Happens When You Reach Your Limit

Once you’ve used up all your allowed spins for the day (or for an offline ticket), the system will let you know:

• ⛔ Spin Limit Reached: You won’t be able to spin again until your spins reset (online tickets reset daily at midnight UK time).
• ⚠️ Share Limit Reached: The Share Now button will be disabled once you’ve reached 5 bonus shares. You’ll see a clear message saying “Daily Limit Reached – come back tomorrow”.
• 🎡 Offline Tickets: Once you’ve used all 3 spins, the ticket is marked as exhausted and cannot be reused.

Don’t worry – limits reset regularly, so you’ll always have another chance to spin and win again the next day!

4. Bonus Spins & Extra Chances

We want to reward engagement! If you enter your email address during the game, you may unlock a Bonus Spin. This is your extra chance to win another prize instantly.

✔ A single ticket can unlock one bonus spin only.
✔ A maximum of three prizes can be won from a single ticket (one from the main spin, one from a bonus spin, and one from sharing).
✔ Bonus spins cannot be carried over to another day or ticket.

5. Jackpots

Some wheel segments award a Jackpot Spin Entry 🎉. These rare and exciting prizes give you a chance to enter our exclusive Jackpot Pool – where the biggest and most valuable rewards are up for grabs. Unlike regular spins, Jackpot Entries are limited and highly sought after.

🏆 Each month, a small number of lucky players will be drawn from the Jackpot Pool and awarded a major prize.

6. Prize Collection & Delivery

• 🎉 Instant win prizes (offline) – collect immediately from the event team.
• 📬 Online spins – physical prizes will be posted within 14 working days.
• 🎟 Digital prizes (like vouchers or discount codes) are sent by email.
• 📦 Prizes are sent out within 40 days of making a claim BusArk is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

7. Sharing Your Win

We encourage you to share your win on social media! Our game includes a Share This Page feature to make posting easy. Sharing is optional, but by sharing, you might inspire your friends to join in and try their luck.

8. Privacy & Email Use

We take privacy seriously. If you provide your email:

• 📧 It will be used to send you prize confirmations or deliver digital rewards.
• 🚫 We will not sell or trade your data to third parties.
• ✅ You may receive updates about jackpot announcements or new promotions – you can opt out at any time.

9. Important Rules & Limitations

• 🎟 Each ticket code can only be used once to claim its main spin.
• 🎯 Maximum of three prizes per ticket (main spin + bonus spin + share spin).
• 🚫 Damaged or altered tickets will not be accepted.
• 🚫 Automated or fraudulent entries are strictly prohibited and will void participation.

The Spin to Win game is intended as a fun, promotional activity. We ask all players to treat the event and other participants with respect.

The BusArk Spin to Win promotion is a free-to-enter prize competitionand does not require payment to participate. It is therefore not classed as gamblingunder UK law and is not regulated by the Gambling Commission.

This promotion is operated in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code). By entering, you agree that:
