Spin the Wheel Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the BusArk Spin the Wheel feature.

Spin the Wheel forms part of the BusArk online platform. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside BusArk's general Platform Terms & Conditions and Game Rules.

2. Eligibility

• Spin the Wheel is available to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.
• Participants must comply with these Terms and any participation limits or requirements displayed on the BusArk platform.
• Employees, contractors and agents of BusArk Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to participate where BusArk determines that their involvement could affect the fairness of an award or prize process.

3. Tickets and Spins

Access to Spin the Wheel may require a valid BusArk ticket, referral or other authorised access method provided through the platform.

Tickets and access methods may be provided through BusArk digital features, referrals, sharing features, promotional activity or other authorised BusArk channels.

Participation is subject to the spin limits and other controls displayed on the platform.

BusArk may provide opportunities for eligible participants to receive additional spins through designated platform activities, including sharing or referral features.

Additional spins are subject to the applicable daily limits and fair-play controls and are not guaranteed to be available at all times.

4. Spin Results

A spin may produce different outcomes depending on the options available on the wheel at the time of participation.

An individual spin does not guarantee a prize, reward or special award entry.

Available outcomes, rewards and features may change from time to time as BusArk updates the platform.

5. Prizes and Rewards

Some Spin the Wheel outcomes may provide access to prizes, digital rewards or other BusArk benefits.

Prizes and rewards are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, claim limits and any additional conditions displayed at the time.

Where a prize requires a claim, participants must complete the required claim process accurately and within any stated time limit.

Some digital rewards may be delivered automatically and may not require a separate claim.

BusArk may substitute a prize or reward where the original item becomes unavailable, provided any substitution is handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

Cash alternatives are not available unless BusArk expressly states otherwise or they are required by law.

6. Special Award Entries

Certain wheel outcomes or BusArk features may provide an entry into a separate special award process.

Receiving a special award entry does not mean that the participant has won an award.

Special awards may be subject to separate eligibility, entry, availability, verification and claim requirements.

Where contact details are required, participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to BusArk is accurate and current.

7. Claim Limits

BusArk may apply daily or other limits to the number of prizes or rewards that a participant may claim.

Current limits and eligibility requirements may be displayed within the relevant part of the platform.

Attempts to circumvent claim limits using additional accounts, devices, identities or other methods may result in claims being rejected and access being restricted.

8. Sharing and Referrals

BusArk may allow participants to receive additional spins or other platform benefits through authorised sharing and referral features.

Sharing and referral activity must be genuine. Participants must not create false referrals, repeatedly refer themselves, use automated systems or otherwise manipulate these features.

Additional spins or benefits obtained through sharing or referrals remain subject to the limits displayed by BusArk.

9. Charity Participation

BusArk may allow participants to select a charity to support through their platform activity.

Eligible activity may contribute towards charity rankings, leaderboards or other charity-related features operated by BusArk.

Participants are not required to make a financial donation in order to use Spin the Wheel.

Where BusArk makes charitable contributions connected with platform activity, those contributions are made by BusArk according to the applicable published rules or campaign arrangements.

The inclusion of a charity on the BusArk platform does not, by itself, indicate sponsorship, partnership, endorsement or affiliation between that charity and BusArk unless expressly stated.

10. Leaderboards

BusArk may operate user and charity leaderboards based on participation or other published criteria.

Leaderboard positions may change as activity is recorded and do not, by themselves, create an entitlement to a prize, payment or reward unless BusArk expressly states otherwise.

11. Fair Play

BusArk is designed to provide fair participation for users.

Participants must not attempt to manipulate, interfere with or abuse Spin the Wheel or related BusArk systems.

Prohibited activity includes fraudulent entries, automated participation, manipulation of tickets, devices, referrals, shares, claims, leaderboards or special award entries, and attempts to bypass platform limits.

BusArk may investigate suspicious activity and may reject affected entries or claims, restrict features, suspend accounts or take other reasonable action where abuse is identified.

12. Data and Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with Spin the Wheel is handled in accordance with BusArk's Privacy Policy.

Where leaderboard information is displayed publicly, BusArk may display a limited version of participant profile information rather than full personal contact details.

13. Technical Issues

BusArk aims to keep Spin the Wheel available and operating correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

BusArk is not responsible for participation being delayed or prevented by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet, device, network or third-party service failures.

Where a technical problem affects the integrity of a spin, prize, reward or special award entry, BusArk may investigate the relevant activity and take reasonable steps to correct the issue.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, BusArk is not responsible for loss resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from use of the platform in breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer.

15. Changes, Suspension or Withdrawal

BusArk may update Spin the Wheel, available wheel outcomes, participation features, limits or these Terms where reasonably necessary for operational, security, fairness, technical or legal reasons.

BusArk may temporarily suspend or withdraw a feature where reasonably necessary, including where there are technical problems, security concerns, suspected abuse or circumstances outside BusArk's reasonable control.

Where these Terms are materially updated, the revised version will be published on the BusArk website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising any rights regarding jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
